Summary:
A mesmerizing, confounding fragrance that seems to revel in its mysteries and shape-shifting. It’s very much a trojan horse in that the notes listed aren’t necessarily the notes in the bottle, or at least not in a way you’d ever expect them. You do get hints of aldehydes, amber, and patchouli, but all in unexpected ways that are a bit hard to describe at times as you’re often left with something reminiscent of oily cedar planks, tanned leather, and stable hay. It’s aggressive, dirty, but also quite beautiful.
